The pot measures approximately 3-1/2 inches tall to the top of the pot and 5 inches to the top of the lid.  It measures about 9 inches from handle to spout and about 4-1/2 inches in diameter at the top.

There are no chips or cracks on the pot.  There are scratches from use on the bottom of the pot.  The lid does have a chip.
