PAYMENT

• We accept All Major Credit cards, Debit cards, and e-checks through Paypal only.
• Please send the payment for your item within 3 days of buying / winning the item.
• Due to the volume of buyers we have, our payment system is automated.
• After 7 days, non-paying buyers will receive an unpaid strike. The strike can be removed upon payment.
• State laws require sales tax to be collected on all orders shipped to addresses within the State of Texas.

SHIPPING

• All items will be shipped either via USPS or UPS.

• If there's any request for an address change or an order its required to be made one day before the shipping date.
• All items are thoroughly inspected by at least 2 persons, and carefully packaged prior to shipment.
• We do COMBINE SHIPPING. Please add items to your cart and request a total. We will send you an invoice with adjusted shipping cost.
• For AK, HI, PR, APO/FPO Customers, extra shipping cost MAY apply. please contact us before you make a purchase.
• We nomally ship orders in 1 business days upon receipt of your payment.
• Most packages usually takes 2 to 5 business days(US), up to 30 business days(International) to arrive at destination.

TRACKING & INTERNATIONAL

• All Domestic Mail Package Service (US) includes Online Tracking Number.
• You can see tracking information at Purchase History on My eBay.
• If the tracking information showing that your item has been Delivered, and you didn't receive your order;
• Please take your tracking # informaition with you and visit your local USPS(Post Office).
• Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Buyer's responsibility for these charges.
• These charges are normally collected by the delivering shipping company or when you pickup the item.
• We DO NOT mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts".
• First Class Package International Service will NOT provide tracking information.
• International shipping by USPS has recently been very slow, so can take up to one month or longer. Please be patient.

RETURN

• Most items are returnable but item has to be in Original/ New condition.
• At this time, We are not accepting any online exchange requests.
• You can re-order the correct item, and return the wrong item to get a refund.
• Original shipping fees & Handling charges are Non-Refundable.
• 20% Restocking Fee may applies to All Free Shipping Items only.
• All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
• We will not accept any item(s) that has been previously worn or with odors such as perfume, shampoo, etc.
