There are scratches and scuffs but no rust or dents. Overall, looks awesome. Add one to your collection today!

*ITEM CONDITION*

I sell used antique and vintage items, they are not perfect. All items sold as is! Please review all pictures closely to obtain condition of pieces available as they are an important part of the description. Please remember, the entire inventory is pictured however the purchase is for ONE cap.

Keep in mind, used antique and vintage items usually have many little imperfections. I do my best to list what I feel are any moderate to major condition issues. However, my condition opinion and relevance and yours may differ, so please review all pictures closely to obtain your opinion of the condition! As a potential buyer, your opinion is the most important!! As always, feel free to ask any questions prior to bidding to assure you are comfortable with the condition and terms of your purchase. A happy customer is my #1 goal, but I need you to ask questions if you are uncertain about anything to assure you are 100% satisfied!

Items are stored in a smoke/pet free home, however we are not the original owner and cannot speak to previous conditions.

***SHIPPING POLICY***

I use recycled boxes and packing materials whenever possible to eliminate the need for handling charges and to keep your shipping costs as low as possible.

If your elected carrier is standard post, please be advised that sometimes this service is unavailable based on trucking routes at the time of shipment. Unfortunately, this information is not available until the shipment is initiated. The buyer will be responsible for paying any difference in shipping cost for a mutually agreed upon replacement carrier BEFORE the item will be shipped. Typically if the amount is <$2, I will cover it for you as a curtesy. Unfortunately, I already take a loss on all shipping due to fees charged on shipping costs and can no longer cover the difference.

International bidders, all items to be shipped internationally will go through Ebay's International Shipping Center. Free shipping (if applicable) applies only to the shipping charges required to get the item to the international shipping center. Buyer is responsible for all international shipping charges and all taxes, tariffs, import fees etc. charged by your country to import your item.

******PURCHASE AGREEMENT******

By placing a bid or confirming a Buy it Now purchase, you, the buyer, are confirming you have read and agree to the terms outlined in this listing.

Place special note to the fact that you are purchasing 1 cap for $2.50 + shipping (unless price reduced by active sale or discounted for high volume sale). You are NOT receiving all the caps available for sale (which is what is pictured) for $2.50. All of the caps are pictures so that you may review the overall quality of the pieces available and know that you will be recieving 1 of the items from the group picture. A group picture is required because I cannot list 173 individual front and 173 individual back pictures. A picture of 1 random cap is not acceptable as each of the used caps available has its own unique condition. As stated above if you would like to pick your cap or see a picture of the cap selected for you before shipping, simply ask and I will be happy to send you one.

I, the seller, will not be responsible for refunding initial shipping costs or paying for return shipping costs if you decide you do not want the 1 Pepsi cap you paid for because you did not read the entire listing and thought you were recieving the entire inventory pictured. It is your responsibility as a buyer to read an entire listing so that you know exactly what you are getting. I will not be responsible for your failure to do so as it is my responsibility as a seller to provide you with all relevant information in my listing and I have done so.
