Dear British Shower Spares. I have never contacted a seller before, but felt I must offer thanks & congratulations in this case.

The PRD spares for my Triton shower arrived this morning, having placed the order at 17:15 on Wednesday 25.

The product was as described and instructions were crystal clear – thank you! Just FYI - When I removed the PRD the ball was STILL in there, but there was an amount of lime scale around the ball. I cleaned it off and put the original ball & o-ring back, but that didn’t cure the problem. However, replacing the ball and o-ring with the new ones you supplied worked! The shower is used regularly and we are in a hard water area. The shower hadn’t been opened since we’ve been here (9 1/2 years). Hopefully it will last longer now.
