This valve can be used with any cooler using 3/8 or 11/32 line.  This bypass in designed so your vehicle can operate better in cold weather.  The fluid will bypass the transmission cooler until the transmission comes up to operating temeratures.

Bypass opens fully at +/- 180 degrees.
