We will accept returns for any reason as long as the item is unused and unmarked. In the unlikely event that an item should develop a fault during the warranty period we will always accept returns for refund or exchange. buyer pays return postage. If a part is faulty a replacement will be sent out after the return and testing of the old unit. Labour claims are never accepted.
