Usage and maintenance method of ceramic knives	1. Due to special performance, the ceramic knives have a hardness that is only next to adamas. So please don’t use it as marking knives. Keep ceramic knives away from high temperature. Don’t sterilize the knives in high-temperature sterilized cupboard (because the handle could not endure high temperature); 5. Avoid throwing hard or striking by external force. 6. Don’t try to sharpen the knife by yourself. If you need to sharpen it, please use sharpening tools specially designed for ceramic knives. 7. If you find the blade is contaminated or dyed you can soak the blade into decolorizer for kitchen. Don’t scrub it with metallic wire scrubbing ball to avoid scratches on the blade or darkening due to metal powder.
