A: We offer various delivery methods via Australia Post including express post which is usually next day delivery (depending on your location). For Melbourne Metro deliveries we offer “Want It Now” which is a 3hour delivery courier service. Contact us for more information.

Q: I received damaged goods in the mail. What is the return policy?
A: Within 48 hours of receiving the order, send us a photo of the damaged goods and if it is confirmed to be a manufacturer defect or damaged in transit we will send out a new part free.

Q: I placed an order but have now changed my mind and do not want it anymore. What can I do?
A: First contact us via eBay messaging system and we will give you a returns number and address. Send back the items and we can give you a refund for the purchase price minus shipping and 15% restocking/ebay fees.

Q: Who pays for return postage?
A: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs when returning goods unless there is a problem with the part.

Q: Do you ship internationally

Warranty & Returns

  1. Unless otherwise stated all products have a warranty period of 12 months from date of purchase on production of the appropriate sales invoice.

  2. The Warranty becomes null and void in the case of incorrect utilization or disregard of the instructions.

  3. We will happily offer replacement items (no refunds) if:
    • Item is dead on arrival or damaged
    • There is a manufacturing fault with the item
    • The wrong item was sent to you

  4. If you have purchased an item, and decided you would like to return it, we may offer a refund less a fee to cover packing and shipping costs & associated fees. We must be notified within 7 days of receipt of product if you would like a replacement or refund. Original shipping costs are not refundable. Returned parts must be in original packaging and re-sellable condition.

  5. Warranty does not cover any related installation or re-installation costs involved.

  6. Transport costs are refundable only in the case where warranty has been duly recognized and accepted by Febest Auto Parts. These costs will be limited to the actual shipment costs between Febest Auto Parts Warehouse and the client's delivery address.

  7. No refunds or replacement items will be issued prior to the receipt and proper testing and inspection of any goods that are deemed faulty or incorrectly supplied.

  8. Please choose your parts carefully and make sure you have your correct vehicle information. If not sure please contact us with the correct VIN number prior to purchase. We will help to rectify when parts are purchased incorrectly but the return and replace shipping costs are the buyers responsibility.
