This is a retro SONY Discman D-20A. It’s one of the first-generation discmans that were released in the late 80's.

 It is very well built, with no bells&whistles but a powerful sound. It’s very heavy and has a lot of internal metal parts,

 not like the vast majority of 100% plastic modern ones.
