1926 "BRITISH" INDIA, Nice Red & Brown "ONE TWELFTH ANNA" Issue of KING GEORGE V

This is a nice red brown "One Twelfth Anna" from "British" India. It was struck at the Bombay Mint in 1926 during the reign of King George V. He was King of Great Britain and Emperor of India from May 6, 1910 until his death on January 20, 1936.

George V was the son of Edward VII and the grandson of Queen Victoria. He saw his cousin "Willie" start the First World War and his other cousin "Nicki" get shot by the Bolsheviks. His granddaughter is Elizabeth II.

The Coin: A pleasing example, it has a few small marks but never saw any use. Still a lot of nice red brown luster. As grading is subjective please see the pictures and judge for yourself.

I am a long time collector who enjoys listing coins on eBay. I try to give you the best pictures I can of the item. I also like to give you as much information about the item as I can. I try to list items for $3.95 or in some cases what they cost me plus the fees encountered, so minimum bid normally represents at least a decent value.

I believe you have completed your part of the agreement when you pay me, so I POST FEEDBACK WHEN I SHIP THE ITEM. I appreciate return feedback if you feel I have earned it.

I will try to respond to email questions within one day. Please ask any questions about the item, or other special requests BEFORE you bid.
