Shipping usually takes 3-7 business days with Australia Post. Delivery is generally shorter for Metro areas. Most deliveries are received within 2-5 business days. International orders are discounted to AUD$8 and is calculated by flat rate. If you would like to purchase multiple items, it is best to purchase from our website www.echt.com.au for a discounted price.

If you have not received your item after 7 business days from the time it was posted, please contact us and we will investigate it for you. Please also understand we have no control over the speed at which it arrives to you. Australia Post provides an ETA, but this can only be used as a guide.
