This display set contains a British 2001 commemorative £2 coin struck for the centenary of the first trans-Atlantic wireless transmission by Guglielmo Marconi, 1901 to 2001. The reverse depicts stylised radio waves and the obverse shows the mature portrait of Queen Elizabeth II, KM.ref.1014. The coin is bimetallic, 28.4mm in diameter and in UNC (Uncirculated) condition.
This item is new/mint and is housed in a display protection case but can be removed if so desired.
