Delivery time:

Once we received your payment!  We will dispatch your item within 24 except (From Friday to Sunday).  Item usually arrival in 2 weeks.

Loss and damage:

We will not in any circumstances be liable for the item loss or damage during delivery and arising out of Customs Examination.  All our repsonsility ends when the item leaves our possession.

If the item is insured, we will responsible for circumstances below:

• If the item is found damage during delivey, we will assist the buyer to liasing with Hong Kong Post Office to claim. 

 

• If the parcel found lost durig dlivery, we must have received the Lost of Parcel Confirmation Letter from your Local Post Office.  We will pass this to Hong Kong Post Office and regret that this investigation process often take up to 3 months to complete.

Buyer is required to report the loss of any damage to the item within 30 days after the end of the auction.  We assume no responsibility or liability for the the loss or damage to the item more than 30 days after the auction ended.
