Just Health uses Australia Post to dispatch orders and a signature on delivery is required. If you would like a parcel to be delivered without the need for a signature, please leave a message during checkout or send us an eBay message specifying that you give 'Authority to Leave'.

International Returns/Refunds:
If your order is returned to us due to banned or restricted products, an incorrect address, refusal to pay customs fees, or because no one accepted the order at delivery we will refund your order, with the following conditions:
- the product cost will be refunded, provided the products are in resaleable condition, less a 20% restocking fee
- shipping costs will NOT be refunded
Refunds will only be granted once the goods arrive back at the Just Health warehouse.
Refunds are not available if you choose International Airmail as a shipping method and your order is lost. Also, refunds will not be issued until the returned packages are physically in our warehouse.

Return Policy
If you would like to return your product due to change of mind, you have 14 days to do so. Goods must be unopened and in original condition. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the product is no longer in a sale-able condition. Buyer pays the return postage and refunds will be granted for product cost only (not original postage paid). Please contact us PRIOR to sending your items back.
