Up for sale is a recent Estate Auction find, an Antique 1920's Art Deco 9ct GOLDEN YELLOW SAPPHIRE Sapphire 10k Solid Yellow Gold Men's Ring in EXCEPTIONAL CONDITION. This 7.0 Gram (0.25 Ounce) 1/4 Ounce Original Antique 1920's Art Deco 10k Solid Yellow Gold Ring is set with a Beautiful 9ct 14x12mm Golden Yellow Sapphire with amazing GOLDEN YELLOW COLOR and NICE CLARITY. This sapphire has AMAZING LUSTER. This sapphire is an Unusual Rectangular Peaked Cut and really sparkles in the light. The gemstone tests as a sapphire on a Presidium Gem Tester and a reflectometer but still could be a very high quality lab grown sapphire. This gemstone has not been removed from the setting for testing so we cannot say definitively it is a natural sapphire as it is most likely a very high quality lab grown sapphire. A Lab Grown Sapphire has the exact same physical, optical, and chemical properties of a Natural Sapphire meaning it is as hard and scratch resistant. The waves and swirls on the sapphire in the photos are not blemishes but shadows and reflections because the polished surface is difficult to photograph. The shoulders of the setting feature great Art Deco Chevron details. This ring is in EXCEPTIONAL CONDITION and will arrive ready to wear.

Due to differences in measuring devices and the way certain types of rings fit these rings should only be sized in person by your local jeweler. Sizing by your local jeweler is relatively inexpensive and you will have a ring that properly fits your finger. All size 9 rings are not the same. The ring may fit on a mandrel and measure as a size 9 but the way the ring is made, the way the ring has been enlarged or reduced, and the finger type you have may make it fit like an 8 or 10 or worse. Have your sizing done in person for a proper fit.

The wide measurement is the width of the ring from outside to outside at the widest point when looking at the ring from the top. The rise from the finger measurement is the height of the ring from the finger to the peak of the gemstone when worn.
