This is a good quality multi-fit AM/FM manually retractable wing aerial antenna, supplied by Hirschmann of Germany, ideal for many early Alfa, BMW (Shadowline trim) , Ford, Mercedes (Night Trim), Saab & Volvo models, and other classic cars, requiring an aerial with black mast and fittings. The aerial is compact and has an under-hang of 25 cm (10 inches), a fully extended mast height of 97 cm (38 inches) and capable of accommodating wing/fender angles up to approximately 38 degrees from horizontal .

The aerial top fitting is small and well proportioned with good quality anodised black plating. The aerial top nut is small and inconspicuous, unlike some large topped aerials which seem to dominate the wing and detract from a cars appearance.
