Your items will be shipped via Royal Mail Recorded for UK, and International Signed For or Airsure services for the rest of the world. All orders are traceable with full insurance covered.
We do not make money on the postage & packaging costs. The postage & packaging costs that you pay is exactly (sometimes even less than) what we will be paying to post your the item. We always refund the difference if the actual postage cost was less than what you have paid.
For international buyers, import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
DISPATCH TIME
Item will usually be dispatched within 1 working day upon receiving cleared payment. For your order to be dispatched on the same day including Special Delivery Next Day (Monday to Saturday excluding Sunday and bank holidays), payment MUST be cleared by 12:30pm on the day of order (8:30am on Saturday) .
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Please kindly note the following estimated delivery times for your item(s) before purchase.
Delivery in the UK: The estimated delivery time is 1 to 5 working days.
Delivery to Europe: The estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 working days.
Delivery to Brazil and Russia: The estimated delivery time is 7 to 25 working days due to very strict custom.
Delivery to the rest of the world: The estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 working days.
The overseas delivery times depends largely on the custom clearance and entry process of individual countries.
Please be aware that the estimated delivery times are estimation solely based on the prior deliveries made by us and they do not take into account of any external influences that may affect the delivery process. Therefore please allow extra time for postal delivery, particularly to overseas destinations and during peak seasons.
