We aim to dispatch all items paid for before 2pm the same day, Monday to Friday. Items ordered after 2pm on Friday may not be dispatched until the following Monday. Items purchased on Bank Holidays will be sent the next working day. Tracking references, if applicable, are in the dispatch e-mail provided.

We have three delivery options available:

Standard delivery is £2.99 and only £1 for each additional item when purchased together. It takes on average around 2 to 3 working days to arrive.

DPD courier is £4.99 and only £1 for each additional item when purchased together. It is a next day service; the courier can arrive at any time the next day from dispatch.

Royal Mail special delivery is £6.99 and £5 for each additional item when purchased together. It guarantees delivery before 1pm the following day from dispatch.

We recommend all items are sent back using tracked post. If an item is lost we will then be able to track it. Should an item get lost in transit without a tracking reference it is the customer's responsibility to follow that up.

Customers should always fill in the invoice when returning items back. Your return may be delayed if you do not provide the information required. It also contains all the instructions to send your item back.

You will be required to pay the cost of returning items and the postage cost of an exchange unless the item is damaged or we made an error. Exchange costs are the same as the standard postage cost outlined above. Refunds are done 24 to 48 hours after receipt of an item.
