Warranty / Guarantee

• All items on sale here are WARRANTED for 30 days  only unless otherwise specified from the date of DELIVERY to you.
• Warranty works on RETURN TO US basis only
• Return shipping charges are paid by buyers at all times.
• We do not check every item before shipping so dead on arrival items to be returned at your expense.
• DIRECT MANUFACTURER warranty may not be available on all items as we are the primary owner of the item of anything we sell. Please follow the return process through US only. We provide exceptional warranty claim processing.

Returns

• We provide exchange only for items which are dead on Arrival.
• All buyers must inform us about the DOA items within 48 hours of receipt of the item and send the item back to us within 7 days of receipt of the item or ASAP.
• We will happily refund the money for unopened items but not for change of MIND.
• Any refunds processed by us for good faith to you will be less the postage cost we paid for the shipping.
• Any faulty item within the warranty period shall be sent back to us at the buyer’s expense for repair or replacement.
• Please allow 2-3 weeks, sometimes longer for repair to be performed.
• We will advise you the time frame of repair upon receipt of the item.
• If the product is not repairable then it will be replaced.
• Any replacement or repair will take from 2 to 4 weeks depending on the fault.
• The buyer will pay us shipping and handling charges for the repaired / replaced product.
• We will only ship the repaired / replaced item to the buyer upon receipt of the shipping and handling charges in full.
• Warranty will be void for misused or product used outside it’s dedicated feature or because of ACT OF GOD.
• Any item that is broken cracked or damaged by the buyer, void’s the warranty
• We will charge a shipping charge of $10.00 on a FREE SHIPPING Items being returned to us.
