Delayed / Lost Parcels
The vast
majority of our UK orders arrive within 2-3 days. Please contact us
via Ebay message " I have question about item " if you have
not got your item within 5 days.
If you have received a card, and have been unable to arrange redelivery /
collection within 7 days, the parcel will be returned to us, and we
will have this resent for you.
On very rare occasions, Royal Mail items can get delayed. If an order has been delayed, we recommend you contact your local sorting office as especially in summer and Christmas periods, deliveries can be attempted but no card left. In many years of trading, and tens of thousands of parcels, there have been occasional lost parcels. Any claim / inquiry regarding a lost parcel MUST be made within 30 days of the date of order. If more than 30 days have elapsed, we cannot refund or resend an order, as we ourselves cannot instigate an investigation with Royal Mail or Parcelforce after this time. Please keep in touch in the unlikely event of a delay Please note that you do not have to open a case! Give our team time to figure out where the package is and we assure you that we will resolve the problem to your satisfaction.
I've changed my mind
Within 14 days of receipt you are welcome to return any item for any reason as long as it's in resaleable condition. Return postage is at your expense. Items can be returned for refund or exchange as you prefer. Please inform us via ebay message and then send it tracked and include a note of your order number and what you want us to do.
An item is damaged or defective.
Very occasionally an item can be damaged in transit or is defective. Please contact us before returning anything as we'll take the necessary steps to minimise any trouble on your part. We have many cases of 'defects' being due to poor instructions or inexperience - just drop us an email on ebay and we'll solve your problem one way or another.
