Powers on and plays tapes, barely. There is a heavy static sound during playback. 

The program selector responds and the program indicators light up.

The level display lights up and the indicator needles move. 

The case is in good shape with a few minor scratches.

The front face has some fading to the graphics and wear to the silver trim and knobs. 

Recording, headphone, and microphone functions not tested.
