A Refund will only be given if the item being returned is in the same condition as when sent, unworn,unwashed,with all labels intact.  

If the item has any sign of being worn i.e.  scent,stain,make up mark, we will NOT issue a refund.

  • Once the refund is agreed by both sides, I will trasfer the money back into your Paypal account Within 48 hours of receiving the goods back


  • If I sell an item with free postage you will have the exact amount that it cost me to send deducted from your refund amount (you will see this amount on the stamp.)
