Our Shipping Policy

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched. Goods will only be despatched to the address that appears on the eBay address details. We do not allow any change of address via email, telephone, or any other means. We aim to dispatch all items within two working days. Goods will be tracked and insured as necessary. Please allow extra time to receive your items if you are paying by cheque.

We recommend that when you sign for your goods on delivery you add “unexamined;rdquo; to the signature.

Our Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we will happily refund the purchase price. All items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. We do not cover carriage costs for the return of your items. To begin the returns process please use eBay’s Resolution Centre and we will handle matters from there with you.

PLEASE NOTE: We log identifying details and serial numbers of all our items to protect you our customers and ourselves from fraudulent activity. Details and serial numbers will be checked and verified on returned items before any refund will be issued or exchange authorised.

If You Have Faulty or Damaged Goods

Faulty goods will be replaced or your money refunded within the listed warranty period. We must be advised of any damaged goods upon receipt of the items. It is your responsibility to pay for and ship the items back to us. If an item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost. Please read our Returns Policy above for other details.
