Shipping Policy
Please note that no order processing will take place from the hours of 18:00 Friday evening through until 09:00 Monday mornings. Any order placed in this period will be processed at our opening time on Monday morning. Shipping occurs Daily, although collections can be arranged by prior appointment
Return & Exchange Policy
All our items are sold as New. Some of our Machines are fully checked and tested unless otherwise stated in the listing. We go to great lengths to list items as accurately and honestly as we can. For this reason we can offer a 14 day return and refund policy, for a full refund.  We will refund you credit/debit card once we have received and processed the item (please allow up to 14 days).  Please note that we can only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error.  Exchanges of faulty equipment will be replaced if informed within 14 days of receiving the goods.  If you have any problems with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us: sales@woodfordtooling.com.  Remember, you bid to buy
