UK Cheque / Postal Order - We also accept payment by Cheque /postal order from our UK customers only, please select the “Cheque / Postal order” option as you proceed through checkout to place your order, make your cheque /postal order payable to Miss Jinle Zhou and send to Letra Jewellery, 9 Sigwels Road, Cawston, Rugby, Warwickshire, CV22 7XF, quoting your order number.

Delivery Information

Our Packages will be sent to you by Royal Mail, all packages are dispatched within 24 hours after payment is received (Mon-Sat).

We don’t want you to wait too long to receive your exciting purchase, and so always aim to have your order with you within 2-5 working days (Monday – Friday, excluding Bank Holidays).

Orders are not processed on Bank Holidays so we would ask you to allow extra time for delivery when placing your order around Bank Holidays.

Return Policy

We are sure that you will love your Letra Jewellery item, but on the rare occasion that it isn’t 100% right just send it back and we will be more than happy to give you a full refund or an exchange.

Refund can be requested within 30 days of the receipt, and exchange within 30 days from the date of despatch, so just return them to us unused, in their original undamaged packaging, in a saleable condition, and we will give you a full refund or an exchange. Customer needs to pay for the return postage.

We always check the products before they are despatched. However, goods can be returned if faulty or broken in transit.

For hygiene and safety reasons we do not accept returns on worn jewelleries.
