Free Shipping to worldwide.
We will ship the items within 1 day after receive your payment and don't ship it on Sunday or on public holiday in Taiwan.The items will be arrived to you about  11-23 buniness days.  Post Office to your local post office need to 7-10 days." So 11-23 days is normal delivery days."  Please do not make things difficult for us. We post worldwide via Register Airmail.                              
If you have any special request, please kindly advise us once place order.
TAXES
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding / buying.  Sometime customs will inspect the parcel and sometime will not.  We won't send the product as gift or sample and put lower value on invoice to help customer avoid the import duty.

We only accept paymant from PayPal in advance. If you use Paypal, you will receive the goods earlier.
In addition, the paypal shipping address offered will be where you receive the goods.

Return Policy 
Please note that if your item is delivered damaged by ChungHwa Post (Taiwan Mail) you will need to take photographs to send to me so that I can claim back from Taiwan Mail and refund you.Failure to do so will mean that you will be responsible for claiming from Taiwan Mail yourself and no refund will be issued.Returns accepted on reasonable grounds (item not as specified, item faulty). Items must be returned at buyers expense before refund will be given.   If item is indeed faulty, or not as specified or by mutual agreement, refund will be made for shipping cost as well.  If item is returned for other reasons (eg not what buyer actually wanted , no longer required etc) cost of original purchase less the postage will be refunded on receipt of the item at buyers postage expense.Postage for items sent via standard mail that are not received will not be refunded.  Items can be sent by recorded mail and if not received, will be refunded in full.  International customers(Europe) items can take up to 6 weeks in exceptional cases to be cleared through customs.  Refunds will only be issued after this time period has elapsed.
