Instructions:

Remove the original insole from the shoe (some brands of shoes glue the insole to the shoe, but careful removal will not damage the shoe). If needed, use the original insole as a guide to trace and trim the Ironman® Train Replacement Insoles. Insert the insoles into the shoe.

Our Returns Policy

We want to make sure that you are happy with your order but understand that occasionally you may need to send something back.

Although the statutory required returns period is only 7 days, we appreciate that this doesn't leave much time. Our returns period is 30 days from your dispatch date so you can have more flexibility, should you decide to return an item.

Important Returns Info:

Please include your order ID or reference number with a small covering note to advise if you require a refund or an exchange.

Any returned product(s) must be unused and in their original packaging material.

If there are signs of wear or the packaging material is severely damaged, your return may be declined and we will contact you to ask if you wish for the goods to be discarded or reposted, based on standard shipping costs.

Due to hygiene requirements, we are unable to accept returns of gel foot care products which have had direct contact with the skin.

If you have used the product you wish to return it and are unsure if your product will be accepted, please contact us first so we can advise.

If you require an exchange, we will resend your exchanged order to UK addresses with no additional postage charge.

We recommend to keep any tracking numbers or proof of postage for your reference until your refund or exchange has been processed.
