POSTING

· We only ship to the paypal confirmed address.

· Buyers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We take no responsibility for items not arriving due to incorrect information provided by the buyer.

· Items posted within 1 working days of receipt of full cleared payment (please note that paypal e-cheques can take up to 10 days to clear).

· Sent via Royal Mail 1^st or 2^nd class service for UK (unless stated otherwise) and Royal Mail Airmail for outside UK - estimated delivery times 2-3 working days for UK, 5-7 working days for Europe & 5-10 days for RoW, but may take longer in high volume periods and during adverse weather conditions (snow).

Refund Policy & Exchange

You have 14 days to contact us for returning it from the date you received it. If this item is in your possession more than 14 days, it is considered as used and we will not issue you any refund or replacement.

All returned items must be in the original packaging and you must provide us with tracking number, specific reason for the returns and your eBay ID.

Return shipping should be paid by buyer.

• If in an unlikely event your items have been received damaged or faulty in anyway please contact within 24 hours as we will make every effort to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Defective items must be reported and returned to us within the warranty period of 14 days (and in the original packaging, if possible). You must tell us what the defect is and give us your eBay ID. We don’t repair or replace items with an expired warranty.
