experience in mobile phone repairs. Our stock is genuine and original unless
advertised as brand new. We have a supply chain for our genuine stock which is
used and graded by the suppliers. Most of the LCD’s and Digitizers are also
tested and if so will be advised in the listing description/title. This stock is
categorised in 3 grades; Grade A, Grade B and Grade C.
Grade A
stock is used but in good
aesthetic condition, these items are not scuffed or scratched and will give the
look of a clean appearance.
Grade B
stock is used but in average condition, these items will have minor scratches
and will give a used appearance to your phone.
Grade C stock is used and
is below average condition. These items are scratched and maybe scuffed but will
not be cracked or broken. They will operate correctly and are for replacing
parts on your phone at the lowest cost.

Complete
Payment is required upon purchase and accept PayPal only. Please be aware that
items are not posted until Payment has been cleared.
Shipping
After
payment has cleared all purchased items will be posted within 24hrs, we only use
Royal Mail for all our post. Signed for and special delivery items will have
tracking numbers uploaded onto the eBay system.
Delivery
times for 2nd class mail can take up to 5 working days. 1st
class mail will arrive within 3 working days and international mail can take up
to 15 working days.
Returns
As a
business we follow the distant seller regulations and accept returns on all of
our items. Please contact us via eBay messaging service if you would like to do
so. Returns can only be accepted if you make contact with us within 14 days of
receiving the item and have been authorised an RMA number. Unless the item you
receive is faulty, we will deduct our postage and packaging costs from the sale
before a refund is given. Faulty items will be refunded completely or if a
replacement is required this will be sent out at no extra cost.
Please
understand that all of our items are sent with security labels or markings and
we will NOT refund or replace items that are not ours. If we receive item that
are not ours, we will contact you immediately and you will have to pay for the
return postage and packaging costs or the item will discarded.
