Following receipt of cleared payment, we endeavour to dispatch orders the next working day.

We offer FREE UK shipping (Royal Mail 2nd Class) on all of our items, with delivery estimated within 2-3 WORKING days*

All our listings have the option to upgrade on checkout to 1st Class or Special Delivery (Next Day) before 1pm.  Please note these postage options carry an additional cost.

If an item is ordered before 8pm, we will dispatch the NEXT working day. 

We dispatch items every working day including Saturday where possible.

We permit you to return your item to us, in an UNUSED condition, at any time in the 30 days beginning the day after receipt of the goods.

Should you wish to return your item to us, you will need to raise a return request using eBay's returns system.  You must take care of the goods whilst in your possession and return them to us safely at your own expense within 14 days from your notice of cancellation.

We recommend that you use a tracked delivery method as it is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are safely returned to us.

Upon our receipt and inspection of the goods, your total purchase price less any original postage and packaging costs (if applicable) will be refunded within 2 days via your original payment method.
