We have our own manufacturing facility based in the European Union where all our garments are made to our own unique design and specification.

Both our salon and nursing uniform range are stocked at our UK distribution facility ready to be dispatched on the same day, for next day delivery to you.

We use only the finest fabrics and accessories and our garments are made to the most demanding specification and quality so that you can be sure you are getting the best available in the market place.

We are proud of our garments and you can be sure that our service to you will be top class; we want you to be happy when you buy from us and hope that you will return for all your uniform requirements.

We also manufacture and supply to the wholesale trade, please contact us for a quote if you wish to purchase uniforms in bulk quantities. We will not be beaten on our wholesale prices.

We accept returns for exchange of size or for a full refund if you are not satisfied with the product for any reason.
Returns must be unworn and in the same brand new condition that they were received in.
We will not accept returns if they are worn, damaged, dirty, of otherwise mistreated.
Please return the garments in the state you would wish to receive them.

Returns for change of size will be exchanged and sent back to you at our cost but we do not pay for the cost of you returning the item to us, unless the garment is faulty.

These terms do not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection (Distant Selling Regulations) Act 2000.

All United Kingdom orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday will be sent on the same day by first class post and are usually delivered on the next working day.
Orders place before 12 noon on Saturday will be posted on Saturday for Monday delivery.
Orders placed at any other times will be posted on the next working day.

We ship worldwide to all destinations. The same dispatch times apply as above but we have no control over delivery times outside the UK, depending on your location, orders are usually delivered in 3 to 5 working days.

Larger order may be sent by next day courier, if this is the case then you will be given a tracking number.

Q: "How do I know what size to order?"
A: There is a garment size chart on every items listing page, please refer to that when you measure yourself and remember that these are actual garment sizes so you will need to leave some room for movement"

A: Simply return it to us for a full refund, no questions asked"

Q: Do you give discounts for bulk quantities?"
A: "Yes, please contact us for a quote"

Q: "How much does the postage cost?"
A: "Postage to UK destinations is free"

Q: "Do you do any other styles or colours?"
A: "We can make whatever you want, but there will be minimum order requirements, please contact us for more details"

Q: "I live nearby; can I collect my tunic from you?"
