Shipping
All orders will be fulfilled by our own warehouse or a 3rd party supplier at our discretion. And by placing an order you are agreeing that your delivery information may be shared with our supplier to fulfil your order. Unless stated otherwise, all orders will ship within 24-72 hours of your payment being processed.
Domestic UK purchases are shipped by Royal Mail or courier. We are not currently ship to the following areas - PO Box or BFO, Scilly Isles, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man.
Outside UK purchases are shipped by the Ebay Global Shipping Programme, and delivery from their delivery centre is covered by the Global Shipping Programme.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days (Outside of the UK, returns accepted only within 14 days of dispatch). Item must be returned in original packaging and condition. However we can not accept returns on perishable items, like tea or coffee.
Please note that the buyer must pay for the item to be returned, unless it is faulty - in which case, the seller will pay for postage or arrange pick up. Buyers from outside the UK will be required to pay postage regardless of reason for return.
