If any of our products falls below the high standards that you expect please return them within 30 days and we will happily refund or exchange the item, provided it is returned, as sold, in the original undamaged packaging, with labels still attached, with all the accessories, parts, instructions and any free gifts. Postage charges will not be refunded unless the item is found to be faulty. If we find that the item has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.
Your order may require a signature as proof of delivery, so please ensure that you specify a delivery address where our couriers can obtain a signature. If no one is available to accept delivery, or if goods become unsuitable as a result of non-delivery we cannot accept liability. The courier should leave a "calling card" at the recipients address and it then becomes the recipients responsibility to contact the courier company to re-arrange a suitable delivery time and date.
We will deliver to an address and postcode as you enter it and cannot accept liability for late or failed delivery due to an incorrect address. If you are unsure of an address or postcode, please check it using the Post Office address finding service.
Items lost in the Post: Unfortunately some parcels do go missing, so please allow a reasonable time for delivery. Delivery couriers are supposed to leave a card but they don't always do so, this card will advise if the parcel has been left at a neighbours house or it has been taken back to the local sorting office. In the absence of a card please check with your neighbours then at your local sorting office. Royal Mail will not declare a parcel (or letter) missing until 15 working days after it was sent.
