Shipping and handling price:

It is a common mistake to assume that shipping price means only the stamp. Nothing is less true than that. Shipping and handling mean: stamp, envelope, sleeves, rigid top-loaders, printing ink for the printer, printing ink for the stamping machine, rent for the stamping machine, tape, electricity, gas for the car, eBay and Paypal fees associated to shipping, brokerage shipping fees, and most of all TIME to print the address on the envelope, pull out the cards, put them in the top-loaders, put them in the envelope, seal the envelope, and bring it to the mail box or office.

We usually ship within one or two business days depending of the moment of the purchase. We do not ship on weekends and during the official Canadian and Quebecer holidays that you can find on the following web page: http://www.statutoryholidays.com

Delivery time: 

Please be aware, the delivery time suggested by eBay, especially for international destinations, is not accurate and it may take much longer than what eBay says. WE CANNOT CONTROL THE DELIVERY TIME. CUSTOMS AND POSTAL OFFICES HAVE THEIR OWN RULES; problems or delays beyond our control may arrive, so please be patient.

Shipping locations and brokers:

We normally use Canada Post, but also USPS. Sometimes, especially when we ship to the USA and to international locations with a tracking number, we MAY perhaps use USPS instead of Canada Post. 

Tracking number:

Because of a big number of stolen/lost/never received items, starting with 70$ (price + initial shipping) for international buyers and 100$ (price + initial shipping) for Canadian and USA buyers, we do not ship without a tracking number anymore. The price of the shipping is not negotiable and buyers must add to the initial shipping fees the specified amount for every category of purchase shown in the table below. If your order exceeds 69.99$ (price + initial shipping) do not pay right away. Wait for the combined invoice. 

We reserve the right to refund and cancel any orders that do not respect these requirements.

We reserve the right to refund and cancel any orders in which it appears the buyer is attempting to circumvent the shipping requirements by breaking up larger purchases into smaller orders. Thus, orders made within a 30 days window and having previous orders that have not yet been acknowledged as received, via feedback, may be held or refunded until all previous orders have been acknowledged as received.

Canada and United States:

1. Between 100$ and 199.99$ of purchase (price + initial shipping) - 5$ more for the shipping.

2. More than 200$ of purchase (price + initial shipping) - 10$ more for the shipping.

World Wide:

1. Between 70$ and 149.99$ of purchase (price + initial shipping) - 15$ more for the shipping.

2. More than 150$ of purchase (price + initial shipping) - 25$ more for the shipping. 

Customs taxes and other charges:

N.B. International Buyers:

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Do not confuse them with additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below real value or as "gifts".

Shipping envelopes:

We either ship in a bubble envelope or a plain white envelope (PWE), depending of the value of the item and its texture (e.g. sport cards with patches are always shipped in a bubble envelope).

Cancelling an order:

BE AWARE! Once a purchase has been made and the payment gone through, we cannot cancel the order anymore. If you have not yet paid and want to cancel the order, please contact us within the next 24 hours following the purchase so we can send you the cancellation form through eBay. If you do not send us a request within 24 hours, we may refuse to cancel the transaction. For the cancellation to be effective, you MUST accept the cancellation form.

Unpaid Item Case:

Because of a big number of unpaid items, we use the automatized Unpaid Item Assistant provided by eBay. An unpaid item case will be opened 4 days after you committed to buy an item and you have not paid for it yet. From that moment on, you will have 4 more days to pay for the item. At the end of the 8 days, if you do not pay, the case will be closed and the transaction will be cancelled. If you need more time, please warn us right away after the purchase.

Year/Collection/Condition:

For the year, collection, condition, and other characteristics of the card refer to the section Item Specifics, right below the picture of the item, or to the title of the listing, not to the information shown on the picture. We scan all our cards, but for some of them, e.g. base cards, the same scan will be used for all the copies we have in stock. The pictures of cards containing signatures, patches, serial numbers, etc. are generally scans of the actual card. 

Sales Taxes:

Canadian residents are required by law to pay applicable taxes as follows:

Québec: GST and QST.

All the other Canadian provinces: GST or HST as per your provincial and federal taxation laws.
