Payment must be received within 3 days of the close of auction. If payment isn't received within 3 days, the auction will be revoked and a non Paying Bidder alert will be filed

 We accept returns within the 90-day warranty period. In order to return your item, Email us at to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). We do offer technical support, and many times we find that the issue can be resolved over the phone.

We can also exchange your item. There are two ways to exchange an item:

1. Return the item to us. We will test it, and either repair or exchange it.
2. Pay for a second item that we ship ASAP. Meanwhile, return the original item to us for inspection and testing. After we receive your original item, we will issue a refund.

WARRANTY

All of our new and refurbished items come with a warranty. Our warranty does not cover damage occurred during shipping. Any item labeled "As Is" or "Tested Working" is not covered under our warranty policy.

The warranty is good for 90 days after your purchase. The warranty covers parts and labor. It does not cover consumables such as rollers, charge roller, transfer roller, fuser, toner or drum or transfer belt. We will cover the cost of shipping your warranty replacement to you, but you are responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to us.

The bidder assumes the full responsibility to inspect and evaluate the Property to its, his or her complete satisfaction prior to any purchase. The bidder must make an independent judgment about (a) the Property, (b) its value, and (c) descriptions or other information about the Property. In addition, all measurements stated in the auction are approximate.

Shipping costs for all orders can be determined by the shipping calculator in this auction. All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. Winning bidder is responsible for shipping charges. RS Printer Parts reserves the right to to choose carrier based on shipping method selected at time of payment.

Combined shipping is done at the sellers discretion. If you purchase more than one item from us, they may arrive in separate packages. Please note this in our store policy and bid accordingly.

For any local pick up there will be a $5 handling fee per item, unless another amount is specified in the auction and is due when you receive your item.

All of our product is properly security marked. We use 2 forms of security markings on all the major components of our units. Violations to these markings will void all warranties.

Most of our items are shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Large orders or complex machines can take 48 hours to ship.
