Delivery hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, not including public holidays. Please provide a shipping address where someone will be available to receive the delivery between these hours (such as your workplace address). Unfortunately pickups are not available at this time.

RETURNS POLICY
Faulty Items: Protein King will be happy to offer a full refund or exchange for faulty products when returned within 30 days of purchase date. Item must be in its original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused/factory sealed and saleable condition.
Change of Mind/Incorrect Size? No problem! If you would like a refund, send the item back to us in original condition with all tags intact, and we will be happy to refund you (less $10 restocking fee). After an Exchange? No worries! Send the item back to us in original condition with all tags intact. Include a self addressed prepaid satchel with your return so we can resend your requested item.
