Orders usually processed within 48 hours of payment verification. Deliveries will take 7-10 business days, depending on the destination. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will be processed the following business day. Please allow extra time for delivery during sales season.
All items will ship from Hong Kong Warehouse. We ship with registered post and you will receive a tracking number. Because of their restrictions, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
If nobody is available to sign for the delivery when it arrives at the agreed delivery address, the carrier will leave a calling card giving the number to call to arrange a re-delivery.
We only ship to confirmed Paypal addresses. Your PAYPAL address must match your Shipping address.
If you have not received your shipment within 30 days from payment, please contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible with a reply. Our goal is customer satisfaction!

We accept payment via Paypal only.
Payment must be made within 5 days, Non-payment may result in an UPI (Unpaid Item), eBay will automatically close your account if you accumulate 4 UPI's total.
Please list your special requests (e.g. value of declaration) in the paypal notes section or send me a message when you make payment.
Import duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility. Buyer has to pay for any import duties and/or import taxes. You will be subject to not only customs and duty fees, but taxes such as GST in Australia and VAT in the United Kingdom. Our prices do NOT include these taxes. If the shipment is refused, NO REFUND will be issued.

You have 14 days to contact us for returning it from the date you received it. If this item is in your possession more than 14 days, it is considered as used and we will not issue you any refund or replacement.
All returned items must be in the original packaging and you must provide us with tracking number, specific reason for the returns and your eBay ID.
We will refund you upon receipt of the item in its original condition ( but NOT include the shipping fee we paid for the item), after both Buyer and Seller cancel the transaction from eBay. Or you may have a replacement.
Return shipping should be paid by buyer.
Defective items must be reported and returned to us within the warranty period of one month (and in the original packaging, if possible). You must tell us what the defect is and give us your eBay ID. We don’t repair or replace items with an expired warranty.
In the event that you decide to return an ordered item, please contact us within 14 days upon receipt of goods, together with your eBay ID and reasons for return or refund.
Conditions for accepting Returns / Refunds:

1. We sent a wrong item to you; or

2. The item is already damaged upon receipt; AND

3. The item is in new condition, not worn or altered. All packaging, including the box, hang tag, protective net and sideboards, remains intact.

Replacement orders will be delivered to you, free of charge, within 7 business days upon receipt of returned goods in mint condition by our office. Replacement items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check. We can only replace an item for the same item in the same color and size, subject to availability. We are unable to process any replacements for a different item.

Conditions where Returns / Refunds will not be accepted:

All items being returned in accordance with this clause must be safely and securely packaged to avoid damage in transit. We shall not accept an item for refund if it has been damaged in transit or otherwise. We strongly recommend when returning items to us you use recorded or special delivery as we are unable to refund items which are lost in the post. All goods shall remain your responsibility until we receive them.
