Payment can be made by PayPal through the eBay checkout only.
Items are delivered by Royal Mail insured and tracked shipping services.
All our products are dispatched within 3-5 business days.
If you have special occasion and need your jewellery more quickly, please contact us and we will always try to accommodate your needs if possible.
We accept returns on all items – including earrings. ( returned earrings are chemically cleaned for hygiene reasons).
If you have asked for a customisation such as engraving, you will be informed at the time of the order if the item will no longer be returnable.
If you do want to return your item we ask that you inform us within 14 days of receiving your item and return it within 7 days.
Once received in its original condition we aim to process refunds on the day of receipt.
Unless the item is faulty or not as described ( ie yellow gold not white) the postage costs will be your responsibility.
