Payment Details.

UK Customers – Paypal is the preferred method of payment. I also accept cheque and postal orders.

International buyers – Paypal only.

If payment is not received within 7 days, or you have not contacted me to say when you will pay, I will cancel the order and relist the item.

Shipping info.

All items are shipped within 1 working day of cleared payment. This item is sent with a tracking number which I will give out once the item is dispatched. POSTAGE DISCOUNT FOR MULTIPLE PURCHASES.

UK customers – Please wait until 10 working days before contacting if an item has not been received, Royal Mail considers 15 working days as lost post, but I am happy to enquire after 10 working days.

International buyers – Please wait until 15 working days before contacting if an item has not been received.

IMPORTANT – Please make sure your address details are right on your eBay account.

Returns.

If wanting to return an item, please contact me within 7 days of receiving the item. Once item is returned a full refund for the item will be given. The item has to be tagged, unworn, in a re sellable condition.

Please note - Any postage costs, either incurred by you when returning the item, or the cost of postage when your order was originally dispatched, are non-refundable. So it is important you message me if you need a question answered regarding the item.
