Shipping Details:
 We will combine shipping whenever possible. We will send you an updated invoice for multiple items. Some items may have to ship separate due to size or location. We have two different warehouse locations.

We unconditionally guarantee every piece of wood we sell. We want you to be happy with your purchase! For that reason, we carefully inspect each piece before shipping to ensure that it meets the highest standards of quality.

Because wood is a natural product, there are unique variations from one piece to the next. You may see knots, burling, wormholes, flaming and irregular grain. Most wood-turners value these characteristics, as they enhance the natural texture of the finished piece.

We try our best to represent all aspects of the piece being auctioned with detailed photos.  If you require additional information, please just let us know.

If you are dissatisfied in any way with wood you receive from us, please return it and we will be happy to either issue a replacement or provide a refund. (You will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the piece to us.)
