Once the console gets into our hands we will notify you asap, Make sure when sending it you are to bubble wrap it good.

I will be using the same box as you shipped it in unless the box has been damaged.

I will clean the old thermal paste off the CPU and RSX and add brand new Compound to the console (Artic Silver 5)

Before we ship it back to you we will make sure that the console is working in great condition and on the 3.55 update.

Once the console is out of our hands we are not responsible what happens.
