Shipping

We use USPS for shipping all items first class and or priority mail as we find this method 

the most reasonable.

Shipping is based on weight of the product and location. I will be using the pay pal shipping calculator.
My shipping costs are fair considering they include handling and packaging.  

Some items maybe listed as Free Shipping, while others will show the amount/cost of shipping in the listing.

Please Note: 

Shipping time is estimated by Ebay and may not be the actual time and date of your actual delivery , 

as the date of delivery may vary as this depends on the post office , postal carrier/workers and

sort facility in my area as well as in yours along with other factors such as Weather , Weekends,

Holidays and so forth .

 So please allow at least 2 - 3 additional business days for items to arrive . Please be sure to check your

tracking information for the latest updates and or where about's of your package.

Please check all area's your package maybe left  if your tracking info states item(s) has been delivered,

and please contact me ASAP if all of the above has been done and there is still a problem before

opening up a case concerning the item(s)and or package. So that we can work together for a resolution.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted on damaged or defected items only. For all other issues, Please contact us. The buyer is responsible for return shipping .

 Item(s) have to be returned in its original condition and packaging.  

Please make sure to provide us with a return tracking number, so we can follow the return, verify its arrival and inspect it. 

Your refund will be your money back minus shipping cost and possible restocking fees. Returns are not accepted on items that were erroneously ordered on your part

Items sent by First Class postage are NOT insured and there for I will offer you the choice of insuring your items at an additional cost ,this ensures peace of mind in case your item(s) become damaged , lost , etc during transit to you , you may elect to also  upgrade your shipping to Priority Mail , which already includes insurance up to cost of item(s) being shipped. 

 If you would like to add insurance Please request an invoice prior to paying by adding item(s) to your cart and then pressing button to request invoice and then please send  message in message box letting me know that you would like to add insurance to your item(s).
