We are based only 11 miles from the bustling market town of Boston and 13 miles from the seaside resort of Skegness with its award winning beaches.

Holly cottage has a beautiful secluded garden complete with outdoor seating and BBQ ideal for alfresco meals with your very own private Hot Tub & Sauna

The cottage is fully central heated with double glazing throughout. Sumptuous sofas provide a comfortable sitting area to relax or to view the 32" flat screen TV with the benefit of a DVD player and free view. Throughout the cottage you will find stunning contemporary art work and accessories which all complement the design scheme.

The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped to a very high standard with Ceramic Hob, Fan Assisted Oven, fridge freezer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Toaster and Kettle. A comprehensive range of crockery, cutlery, cookware and cooking utensils are provided.

The bedroom is superbly appointed with king size leather bed. The furniture is handcrafted with ample storage space and it has a 32" flat screen TV with DVD player and free view. A luxury fitted carpet and co ordinating linen finishes the room!

Check in details

• On arrival we will be there to greet you, provide keys and show you your cottage.
• Check in is between 3pm - 5pm unless by prior arrangement.
• Check out is 10am on your day of departure
