Bank Deposit is my preferred method of payment. However, please choose the method of your convenience.

Please settle your payment within 3 days of purchase or contact us to arrange your payment day.

When paying by Bank Deposit, Please leave ebay User ID as a reference and send us your receipt (pdf or image) through ebay message so we can start packing your item ASAP.

Shipping

All Orders will be shipped within 48 hours after payment is received.

A notification e-mail will be sent to you within the next 48 hours once your order has been shipped.

Please allow 3-10 business days within Australia and 2-3 weeks for international.

If you wish to register your item or have it express posted, choose that option from the shipping option box.

If you do not receive your item within the time frame advised above please contact us so we can find a solution that both parties satisfy.

We are not responsible for any import tax or duty charged to your package. Import tax is the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for the delivery lost if you choose standard or express shipping option as there is no signature require on delivery.

From time to time we make mistakes, me, the manufacturer, the postman. Unfortunately, we are only human. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please send us a message within 3 days of receipt, we will sort it out. Or we will refund the full purchase price (excluding P&P) within 14 days.
