All pinball machines listed are currently IN STOCK and ready to sell.  Please be aware that the machine in the photos is usually the one being sold, but in some cases may not be the exact one being sold (because we have multiples of most games).  If you wish to bid on a machine, please ask or request photos via eBay message or by telephone, and we will be more than happy to confirm this is the game or if not we will provide you with very detailed photos of the machine. All you have to do is ask!

We can also totally "shop" the game for an extra charge.  Please be aware that some of our games have seen commercial use and as such have markings that come along with that environment. Please review all pictures before purchasing. We request that you ask questions or request additional pictures prior to purchase or bidding to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.

Note that all games are considered “used” and “AS IS” unless otherwise specified, and that we do not accept returns on our pinball machines.  We photograph and video every game working before it leaves our shop as proof they are working 100%

Payment

We accept payment via Paypal, VISA, Discover, Mastercard or in cash upon pickup. You can come to our arcade and pick up your machine if you are the cardholder. In-state sales will be charged 8.25% in Texas sales tax. We also offer financing plans for those that qualify, but this must be agreed to before purchase is completed. Payment must be received within four days from the auction end or the game may be relisted. Purchases paid for by credit card can only be shipped to the billing address for that card. 

Delivery Options:

Please note that it may take 5-14 days to pull your game from our warehouse and prepare it for shipment.

Here are your shipping options:

Option 1 - Local Pickup: You can pick up your machine at our locations for no charge.

Option 2 - Local Delivery: We can deliver and set up your game on a first floor house within the greater Austin area for a fee of $150.  Additional charge for a second floor or higher delivery, or deliveries outside the greater Austin area, will incur.

Option 3 - National Delivery Arranged by You: You contact the shipping company of your choice and arrange to have the game picked up and dropped off at your location. This usually runs between $350-$450 within the lower 48 states. 

Option 4 - National Delivery Arranged by Us: We will arrange all of the shipping and include the shipping charges (plus a service fee of $100 in addition to the shipping charge) with the charge for the machine itself.

In many instances shipping multiple machines is often very close to the same price of shipping just one machine - contact us if you are interested in arranging a multiple-machine purchase.

We can only ship to the address on the transaction detail page for PayPal and the billing address if you are using a credit card.  We also have experience shipping into and out of the US through customs, but the buyer must arrange for all customs activity and additional fees apply.

Terms of Sale

Equipment will leave our possession in the condition represented in the description but we cannot be held responsible past that – hence the condition “sold as-is”. 
 

We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping with a third party shipping company, and we strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for your item.

If you live in Austin and choose our delivery and setup service, we will extend a 30 day in-home warranty for your purchase. 

All sales are final. Buyer is expected to make telephone contact or contact though eBay within two days of the sale/end of auction. Payment must be received within four days from the end of auction or item may be relisted.

Your feedback is critical to our success!  If for any reason you are unable to rate us a 5 star in any area please contact us to give us recommendations or suggestions on what we can do to make this and future transactions a 5 star experience.

Bidders with a feedback rating of 5 or less, and bidders with less than a 10 transaction history, must contact us prior to bidding. Please contact us Via E-mail for approval. We reserve the right to cancel any bids that don’t comply with this request.

All pinball and arcade games listed are unique and concurrently listed locally for sale in the arcade. Therefore we reserve the right to cancel any action early if a machine is purchased locally before the end of the auction.

1.     DISCLAIMERS. THE PARTIES AGREE THAT (A) THE BUYER HAS HAD A FAIR OPPORTUNITY TO EXAMINE THE EQUIPMENT AND HAS EXAMINED OR WAIVED THE OPPORTUNITY TO EXAMINE THE EQUIPMENT, (B) THE EQUIPMENT IS BEING PURCHASED BY BUYER ON AN “AS IS, WHERE IS” BASIS WITH NO REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE OF CONDITION OR PERFORMANCE WHATSOEVER, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, HAVING BEEN MADE BY SELLER, BEYOND THE IDENTIFICATION OF THE EQUIPMENT SET FORTH ON THE FIRST PAGE OF THIS AGREEMENT, OR AS TO THE CONDITION, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ANY OTHER MATTER CONCERNING THE EQUIPMENT, ITS USE OR ITS PERFORMANCE, (C) THE EQUIPMENT IS DESCRIBED FOR THE SAKE OF IDENTIFICATION ONLY, AND THIS AGREEMENT SHALL NOT BE A “SALE BY DESCRIPTION” BECAUSE OF THE USE OF SUCH DESCRIPTION, AND (D) ANY LOSS, DAMAGE OR EXPENSE DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY ARISING FROM THE INSPECTION, DELIVERY, PICK-UP, PURCHASE OR USE OF THE EQUIPMENT OR ARISING FROM BUYER’S INABILITY TO USE THE EQUIPMENT EITHER SEPARATELY OR IN COMBINATION WITH ANY OTHER EQUIPMENT OR FOR ANY OTHER CAUSE, SHALL BE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF BUYER, AND IT SHALL INDEMNIFY SELLER FOR ANY SUCH ITEMS.

2.     LIMITATION OF LIABILITIES. BUYER ASSUMES ALL LIABILITY RELATED TO THE USE OF THE EQUIPMENT AND SELLER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR USE OF THE EQUIPMENT BY BUYER OR ANY THIRD PARTY. BUYER SHALL INDEMNIFY AND HOLD SELLER, ITS PARENT, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, CONSULTANTS AND REPRESENTATIVES HARMLESS FROM ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, CLAIM, COST OR EXPENSE (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS FEES) DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY ARISING FROM THE INSPECTION, PICK-UP, PURCHASE, DELIVERY, OR USE OF THE EQUIPMENT OR ARISING FROM BUYER’S INABILITY TO USE THE EQUIPMENT EITHER SEPARATELY OR IN COMBINATION WITH ANY OTHER EQUIPMENT OR FOR ANY OTHER CAUSE.
