All of our footwear and handbags are sent by Royal Mail 48 hour tracked service free of charge where a signature is required on delivery.  However, this is an economy service and can take longer at busy times.


You can opt for Royal Mail 24 hour tracked/signed for service if you want your purchase quickly at a price of £5.95.  If you would like your shoes/handbag bubble wrapped then please opt for this service.


“Special Delivery” items can be dispatched via Royal Mail on Monday-Thursday at a cost of £9.95 and will arrive by 1pm the next working day.  If you would like delivery for a Saturday please contact us for an accurate quotation as this costs more than standard special delivery.


We will endeavour to dispatch your order on the same working day if payment has cleared by 10am.

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse our aim is to deliver to you within 48 hours.  Our free delivery service is via Royal Mail 48 hour tracked and signed for.  This however, can take longer during busy periods.

If you are not at home for delivery, the post man will leave a red and white card so you can make contact yourself to make alternative arrangements.

All items are sent in their original shoe box (unless otherwise stated) inside a waterproof mailing bag.



If you would like to return an item we will happily issue you a refund within 30 days if it is returned to us in the original box and condition that it was sent out in. 

The return postage will be at your expense and is your responsibility until it reaches us so we strongly advise sending them via a reputable “signed for/trackable service” such as Royal Mail.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges or hold/keep back shoes/handbags pending the return of the unsuitable item.  This is because it can cause confusion and we have limited space in our goods/in out area.

We aim to issue your refund via pay pal for the price you paid less postage within 2 working days of receipt of the unwanted items.


If you do return your purchase please locate your purchase in “My eBay purchase history” and click on the drop box to the right of your purchase and select “Return this Item” and follow the instructions given.


International customers outside the European Union:- Please contact us for a postage quotation to send the parcel “Internationally Signed For”.


For overseas purchases outside of the European Union please note that Eclectic-Shoes will not be liable for any VAT/Duty payments.  It is the responsibility of the purchaser to meet these costs if and where applicable in the country where they are to be delivered.

 

We are unable to deliver to Military and BFPO Bases overseas or in the UK as we have had previous parcels returned due to complications with delivery.
