Delivery

We endeavor to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.

United Kingdom: Delivery normally takes 3 to 5 working days.

International: Delivery normally takes 5 -15 working days. 

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. We are unable to take responsibility for the delay or loss of a parcel where incorrect or incomplete delivery details have been provided.

 

 

Return Policy

We offer a ‘no fuss’ refund policy - if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or simply change your mind, please notify us by email and return the item(s) within 7 days of receipt.  

Items must be unopened, undamaged and in the same condition as supplied.  Return postage is at the customer’s expense, and refunds will be credited (less the original cost of postage and packaging) within 7 working days.
 
In the rare case that an item is damaged or faulty we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
