1.We offer refund or exchange / costume alternation for defective items/ missing items/ items significantly different from our description. Please contact us within 3 days after you get your item. If over 3 days we will default item are no problem After we agree return, please return it in 14 days (from when the item is received).

2.For wrong size, once confirmed the error occurred by our side, we will exchange it for buyer. If this caused by wrong measurements buyer provided, we are not responsible for refund . If buyer want to exchange size, buyer should pay for shipping cost ( return cost and resend cost)

3.Please do not open return request, if buyer want to exchange the size. Because it is very bad for our account, Please contact with us firstly. We would like to provided our address.

4.All item must be in a re-sellable condition, Please make sure item never used/washed/damaged by buyer.Merchandise which is damaged or missing components is not refundable.
