For sale is a new (open box) Sennheiser IS410 Infrared Headphone and MKE 800 TV-N Microphone. Excellent quality of sound, never been used. Great for elderly with hearing impairment. The microphone is for picking up the sounds and amplifying, so it can be used to amplify any environment for the listener. It is also excellent for regular listening since the infrared quality sounds very clean.
Two items (microphone and headphone) are bundled. Let me know if you are interested with a single one of them and I can tell you the price. Normally, the headphone doesn't come with the microphone and it is sold separately, though it is pretty useful.
