These amazing natural properties mean that our towels don't need to be washed at high temperatures - a cool or warm wash is fine. If you want to return something, for any reason at all, we won't quibble or argue - we'll refund it, no questions asked provided that it is returned as sold, i.e. unopened with all supporting paperwork (including invoice) and in the original, undamaged packaging and labels attached.
We recommend that returns and exchanges are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery (signed for), be fully insured by the sender (you) for at-least the original purchase price and you should get a tracking number as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in the post.
